Emi Ashida

Emi Ashida is an independent Professional Career Coach based in Oakland, California. From 1996 through 2008, she worked as a management consultant in one of the "Big 4" Professional Consulting firms. She gained entry into the industry by going through the rigorous recruitment cycle from her undergraduate program as an entry-level Systems Analyst. The years succeeding included 10 years of growth and promotion in the industry as well as obtaining an MBA. Emi's substantial experience in the consulting industry gave her a front-seat view into what it takes to flourish and succeed.
