Stress levels can creep up on us slowly. Sometimes it is difficult to detect these changes. When we stop to notice, we can often find subtle changes in our sleeping patterns and our overall energy levels.

What kind of changes do you notice in your energy levels?

  • Can the energy changes be explained by your travel schedule?
  • How effectively are you able to maintain your energy levels?
  • What triggers changes to your energy?

What changes have you noticed in your sleeping patterns?

  • How long does it take for you to fall asleep?
  • How often do you typically wake up during the night?
  • How refreshed do you feel when you wake up in the morning?

Notice Other Things That Your Body Is Telling You

Many times we are move so quickly that it becomes difficult to listen what our bodies are telling us. The trick is to slow down and quiet the voices in our heads.

  • How long can you sit still without doing anything or thinking about anything?
  • What parts of your body, if any, feel tender or pain?
  • What part of your body do you feel you are "in-tuned" to?

There are some who believe that eventually your body will find a way to warn us, even if we do not heed early signs.
